When Republicans and Democrats alike are actively stripping our most fundamental rights from us, how can we possibly continue to argue “my side is better than yours” when clearly BOTH sides are tyrannical beasts focused only on securing their own power?

Before we go farther, I want you the reader to understand that I am not advocating a third party. Nor am I advocating for or against Democrats or Republicans. I honestly don’t think I have ANY affiliation anymore, as both sides have become the most dastardly villains witnessed in all of American history. The hell with parties, they are both by and large corrupt to their very core. Their goal is not the protection of liberty and the Constitution, but rather the endless accumulation of power and wealth. And this dastardly accumulation knows no bounds.

As a movement we managed to “take the House”, but we did so by compromising the very values we set out to protect. Rather than filling the halls of Congress with public SERVANTS who would take their oath to protect and defend the Constitution seriously; we chose to believe the pundits who told us we had to keep the “establishment” types in office, because only a Republican majority, garnered at any cost, could save us. We gambled and lost.

Gun haters and legislators are trying to twist the Aurora massacre into an excuse for more Gun Control. But when the liberals squelch our Second Amendment Rights, they are creating victims and putting all our lives at risk.

As some of you know, I occasionally run a series of posts entitled “Stupid Liberal Hate Mail” which chronicles some of the ridiculous rants that reach my email box. This most recent one, from someone calling herself Connie Kaplan is too important not to share.

ALERT: The Disclose Act (s. 3369) has been resurrected and it will further destroy the remnants of our 1st Amendment and diminish the power of our grassroots groups!

It is always shocking to me that those we elect are absolutely clueless to the true government that they were elected to support and defend. Day in and day out we hear our representatives refer to our government as a “democracy.” Our founders did not establish a democracy, they established a republic. At the conclusion of the Constitutional Convention in 1787, Benjamin Franklin was asked by a women referred to as Mrs. Powel of Philadelphia, “Well, Doctor, what have we, a republic or a monarchy?” It is said that Dr. Franklin, without hesitation, said, “A Republic, ma’am, if you can keep it.” Here we are 225 years later and our own representatives do not know the correct answer to this question.

And here we are, once again, with the resurrection of the Disclose Act of 2012, and its title tells us all we need to know to...

In their ruling of the Arizona Immigration laws, the Supreme Court declared the“discretion of the federal agents” to be sovereign over the states. In the ruling on the Affordable Healthcare Act, the Supreme Court declared the federal government to be sovereign over the citizens. These rulings have served a nearly fatal blow to the 9th and 10th Amendments of the Constitution. Now, more so than ever, or at least since 1830, the citizens of this nation must stand together in defense of the Constitution, as the ultimate protectors of our God given rights.

Our founders did not make the federal government sovereign over the people or the states. The 9th Amendment makes it perfectly clear that all rights belong to the people, enumerated or not. The 10th Amendment makes it clear that aside from the power “delegated” to the federal government, EVERYTHING ELSE belongs to the people through their states. And the Federal government was only delegated very limited powers. James Madison said those powers were limited...

Many of you still have primaries coming up this year and almost all of you have at least one more election cycle in your lifetime.

Do you just want to win at all costs no matter what it takes? Is it more important to you that that your “Team” wins rather than voting to put the right kind of person in office? Or are you willing to stand for something and hold your ground? It really does come down to these very simple questions.

Our country is in danger of being lost forever. Why? Because of this path we have been set on by both parties that have been infested with a disease known as Progressivism. Every day we ask our men and women in uniform to brave roadside bombs, missiles, gunfire, grenades and who knows what else so we can have our freedoms here in America and...

With the passage of the National Defense Authorization Act and all the malicious intent contained within its virulent pages, many in the Liberty Movement, once relegated as extremist in documents such as the MIAC Report and the Virginia Fusion Center white papers, now find themselves faced with the very real possibility of being targeted as enemy combatants in their own country and in their own front yards. No longer is the fight between globalist and Constitutionalist obscured in the mire of cold war style information drilling and propaganda. Today, it’s all out in the open, and it’s nothing to be taken lightly. Unfortunately, however, an incessant belief remains amongst a large subsection of Americans, who assume that there is no need to act, or to choose sides. Apathy and fear cling to our culture like manure to a new leather shoe.

The federal government has assumed great responsibility to tax and provide for our citizens under the interpreted authority of the general welfare clause in the Constitution. Our Departments of Transportation, Education, Agriculture, and Interior are all justified by the general welfare clause.  Most recently one of the main justifications of the Healthcare Act is that Congress has authority to create such a law because of the general welfare clause.  But how Constitutional is this assumed authority?  What would our founders say about this current view of federal power?

Where in the founding documents of the United States (not Nations) of America is an outside agency allowed to challenge our nation’s sovereignty?  In the 60s and 70s, billboards and hand-painted signs demanding the United Nations get out of the US were frequently seen alongside the highways.  Traveling Interstate 25 in Southern Colorado you couldn’t miss the signs where a rancher raged against the UN for stealing his land…early signs of an agenda not public for years to come.  Where did those protest signs go?  Where is the outrage against the UN’s interference in the US and individual states?  We are being invaded by a compilation of countries, to include known enemies.  We aren’t meeting them at the border with an armed force…no, we are actually meeting them at the border with open arms!
